Orders placed Monday–Friday by 2pm Pacific ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.
All U.S. orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days from dispatch.
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia on a made-to-order basis. Please email admin@diamondblazerfragrance.co.za before placing an international order and we'll send you a shipping quote and estimated transit time. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our atelier. If you have not received your tracking within 48 hours of ordering (excluding weekends), email us and we'll investigate.
If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please: (1) check with neighbours and building management, (2) wait 48 hours as USPS occasionally scans early, then (3) contact us — we will file a claim with USPS and re-ship or refund at our expense.
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the outer box and the bottle before removing anything, then email the photos to admin@diamondblazerfragrance.co.za within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, email us immediately at admin@diamondblazerfragrance.co.za. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update it. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
