Yes — 5-year workmanship warranty on hardscape, structures and porches; 1-year warranty on plant material we install. Manufacturer warranties on decking, pavers and lighting pass through to you.

Yes. If your project needs a permit (most decks, retaining walls over 30 inches, and porch structural work do) we handle the drawings, the submission and the inspections.

All the time. We prepare HOA-ready material lists, color renderings and certificates of insurance, and we'll attend a board meeting on your behalf if needed.
