Our 30-day guarantee

We want you to love your fragrance. If for any reason you don't, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. This applies whether the bottle is unopened, partially used, or nearly empty — fragrance is deeply personal, and we accept that not every scent will suit every person.

How to return

  1. Email admin@diamondblazerfragrance.co.za with your order number and a brief note (we love feedback — it helps us make better fragrances).
  2. We'll email you a prepaid USPS return label within one business day.
  3. Pack the bottle securely (the original box is ideal) and drop it at any USPS location.
  4. Once we receive it, we'll refund you within 3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the refund.

What is not returnable

Damaged or defective items

If your fragrance arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it immediately at no charge. Please include photos of the damage.

Exchanges

The simplest exchange is a return + reorder. If you'd prefer, we can also send the replacement out first and refund you when we receive the return — just let us know when you email.

International returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us before shipping and we'll walk you through the customs paperwork so your return doesn't get stuck.

Refund method

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. We do not offer store credit unless you specifically request it (in which case we'll add 10% as a thank-you).
