We want you to love your fragrance. If for any reason you don't, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. This applies whether the bottle is unopened, partially used, or nearly empty — fragrance is deeply personal, and we accept that not every scent will suit every person.
If your fragrance arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it immediately at no charge. Please include photos of the damage.
The simplest exchange is a return + reorder. If you'd prefer, we can also send the replacement out first and refund you when we receive the return — just let us know when you email.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us before shipping and we'll walk you through the customs paperwork so your return doesn't get stuck.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. We do not offer store credit unless you specifically request it (in which case we'll add 10% as a thank-you).
